The Enid Supported Employment Program provides services to persons with disabilities, giving them the opportunity to successfully integrate into the community by achieving employment and job retention.
- CDSA job coaches help clients to find employment.
- Job coaches learn the job, teach the job to the client, and provide on site assistance until the client can perform the work alone.
- Job coaches also provide follow up to ensure that the client has the support they need to maintain employment.
