Housing programs include:

In addition, the housing department may work with private developers to seek funding for the rehabilitation or new construction of single or multi-family housing projects.
CDSA also operates three emergency shelter units.
One unit is provided as emergency shelter for families, while two other apartments provide transitional shelter. All persons in either emergency or transitional shelter receive intensive case management services.
Housing programs are funded through the Community Development Block Grant, the Department of Housing and Urban Development through the Oklahoma Housing Finance Agency, the Department of Energy, and the Department of Human Services.
CDSA is a HUD certified housing counseling agency.
Housing counselors provide one-on-one counseling to renters, homeowners, potential homeowners and homeless persons.
In addition, housing counselors offer home buyer education classes for persons interested in purchasing their first home.
