CDSA is about vision, and turning that vision into action.  We have helped shape the community and spurred it to make vital strides since our beginning over 25 years ago.

It has been an important year for CDSA. This year we were able to purchase a building that will someday house all our programs together. This is a dream we have pursued for many years. The old Newman's Department Store building, downtown on the square, will include a center for early childhood development, the visual representation of this community's support for our children, as well as numerous human service programs, together in one highly visible, easy to access place.

As we begin this new year, we undertake the tremendous challenge of our first capital campaign to raise money for the renovation of the building. However, we will not lessen our commitment to continuing to change lives in the communities we serve through the operation of numerous programs that focus on early childhood development and family self-sufficiency.
